We will provide you with information about our service and mediation generally and provide you with the necessary information to enable you to make a referral for mediation if you chose to do so.  We will only communicate with you further if you request that we do so e.g. a follow up call to check you received information e-mailed to you.  This will be done in accordance with this privacy policy and any data protection notice which we have provided to you. 

How do we protect your information?

We will never pass your information on to a third party and it is stored securely.  Any digital information is stored on encrypted devices.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data that we hold and to request any inaccuracies are corrected.  You also have the right to request that any data held about you is deleted.
